The Vehicle of Expression (V.O.E.) wass an on-ice art shanty with a literary bent. It's a bus, actually: a vehicle for writers and readers of poetry, drama, and literature in its many forms. The V.O.E. was host to a variety of writing activities, readings, and even theatrical performances during the Art Shanty Projects 2017.
